I can’t say it too many times… if you’re a local landlord in the Puget Sound area, it pays to take classes and keep yourself educated on being a landlord. One of my favorite organizations is Rental Housing Association of Puget Sound, or RHA for short. They’ve got great classes available to members (and non-members for a higher fee) with some classes being FREE!
Other services they offer are leases that have been reviewed by attorneys for use in our area – ones you find on the internet are not always legal in our state (WA) – credit and background checks, move-in/move-out forms and so much more!
