We’ve got several new listings coming on market soon and will be busy in places like Shorewood (southwest Seattle/Burien), Bellevue, Kent, Renton and Lynnwood.
We’ve had a shortage of sellers compared to buyers since April 2011, so it’s nice to see that we will be helping out the buyers who are desperately trying to find decent inventory while doing a great job for our seller clients. We’ll continue to see multiple offers on well priced and good condition homes. Multiple offers have been pretty common since January 2011, if not starting at least a month earlier and this has been true across all price points.
Ratios of buyers to sellers have been running on average 3:2 and a recent report put out by our local NWMLS with the most illustrative graphic on page 7.
