I’m going to guess that most homeowners out there in Washington don’t know that when they go to sell their home, that should a multiple offer situation arise (which is common right now) they’ve got some choices about how it is handled. These discussions should be covered PRIOR to going on market to insure that communication is clear and potential issues are minimized.
