Did you know that Pike Brewing Co is not only locally owned, but focuses on environmentally friendly business practices in their brewing and restaurant businesses? With multiple award winning beers made in Seattle (we’re big fans of Kilt Lifter Ale) and sourcing local and sustainable foods for their menu, it’s about time we got a chance to tour the place and see how they make these fine beverages, and have a couple treats while we’re at it!
