Millennials buying homes for their dogs…

Have YOU ever purchased a home for you and your pet? I know that my first foray in the late 1990’s (when I was in my 20’s)  was ALL about wanting to have pets. And, since most landlords won’t allow pets in their leases, I was determined to get a home I could share with all my furry four-legged pals.

Given that Seattle is a place famous for having more dogs and cats than it has children within the city’s borders, it certainly makes sense that lots of our Team Reba clients are purchasing for JUST this reason! #TeamRebaTips If you’re a seller and you’re wondering some of the things a home buyer will look for, those with dogs will want a fenced yard.
