On this weekend’s ‘Open House with Team Reba’ radio show, Reba and Eric welcomed Tamara Simon back to the show. Tamara provides coaching, consulting, and education for landlords. She currently owns and runs “My Real Estate Network”, which is a network of people all over the US who are interested in finding investment property. Eric will also discuss changes to the Home Ready and Home Possible programs offered by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. On July 20th they will be reducing their income limits to 80% of median income (down from $103k per year in King County and Snohomish County). So listen in if those programs are of interest to you.
