We’ve had quite a run over the past several years and this seller’s market has been in place since April of 2012. Yeah, you read that right, we’ve been in a seller’s market for going on 10 (TEN) years now.
Reality is, it’s not changing anytime soon. Even if we see interest rates rise a little bit, that’s not enough to stop what’s happening.
