The City of Seattle requires that landlords and sellers of residential and multi-family property post the above document when leasing or selling a property within the Seattle city limits or at least have it available to be provided in documents that might be handed out about a property. With fines that start at $125 for the first offense and ranging up to $500 it’s worth paying attention. You can also find information on making a complaint if you believe that you have been discriminated against with regard to housing.
